1) A Letter of Intent, indicating the
talents you would like to share
2) Include on the Letter of Intent your current contact information:
w date of submission

w phone number

3) A copy of your current resume
4) A current photo of yourself
5) Two professional letters of recommendation from past employers with their
contact names and numbers.
6) Two personal letters of recommendation from friends/family with their contact
names and numbers.
The more information you provide the better. This will help determine how your
talents could best be shared to benefit our company and other people. There are
many ways to help and to share your talents. Please fill out
the

below.

as a partner to Share Your Talents.

4) E-mail Address
5) Some information on your background experience,
field of expertise, credentials, and a letter of recommendation from someone who
knows your character such as a friend or past employer with their contact
information. We are looking for people to share their talents in selling
products to help people.
6) Please send your updated
resume as an attached
E-mail file or via mail.
7) A photocopy of your Driver's License or current photo of yourself or other form of identification.

partner to "Share Your Talents" will be considered. A request does NOT
guarantee that you will be a partner to "Share Your Talents." Many factors are considered and
partners to "Share Your Talents" are selected based on the decision of Creative
