as part of the "PARTNERS PROGRAM."

as a Partners Program Team Member:

5) Some information on your background experience,
field of expertise, credentials, and a letter of recommendation from someone who
knows your character such as a friend or past employer with their contact
information. We are looking for people to share their talents in selling
products to help people.
6) Please send your updated
resume as an attached

7) A photocopy of your Driver's License or current photo of yourself or other form of identification.

"Partners Program Team Member" will be considered. A request does NOT
guarantee that you will be a "Partners Program Team Member." Many factors are considered and
"Partners Program Team Members" are selected based on the decision of Creative Books and
